How do I place my order?
All orders must be made online. Once you have decided on your style, size and colour click the buy now button. This will take you to our secure ordering page where you will be prompted to enter your payment details.

When do I pay for my order?
All orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major debit and credit cards. Payments are made via PAYPAL.

Do I need to register with PAPAL?
No. You do not need to be registered with PAPAL to make a payment.

Do you charge extra for larger sizes?
We charge an extra £20 for dresses UK sizes 20-30.

When do I pay the extra charge?
After you have paid for your dress go back to the home page. Click the custom order button, input the amount you wish to pay and follow the instructions. (Note that this payment is also processed through PayPal)

Will the dress I get be the exactly the same as the picture on your website?
Yes. The dresses on our website are our sample dresses.

How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all custom made dresses in 10-12 weeks after the order has been placed.
The delivery cost includes insurance and will therefore require a signature.

How long before my wedding do I need to order my dress?
It is advisable to order your dress at least four months before your wedding. This will give you enough time to do any alterations that might be necessary.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the world.

What are the shipping costs?
Wedding Gowns - £23.00
All other dresses - £20.00

What is your return policy?
Our dresses are manufactured to the highest quality possible in the industry. We have a very strict system of checking each dress before they are sent to customers therefore our return rate is very low.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your dress you may return or exchange it within five days of receipt. Dresses that are returned will attract a 10% stocking fee. There is no extra charge for exchanging a dress. Dresses must be returned in the original condition unworn and unaltered.

Please note that we accept return only on dresses that were purchased in standard sizes and not those that use custom measurements.
You must notify us of your intent to return the product within 48 hours of receipt.
